As you may have already noted on the Home and About the Artist pages Ben is not just another
    guy, another person, another artist.  He is tireless, he's an energy that energizes people, he is "Like
    some magical Disneyland figure come to life"(1), "A delightfully eccentric character of the highest order"
    (2); Ben is Ben!  Almost indescribable!  One thing for sure is he's an inspiration and a man who loves
    every minute of life and everyone in it.  That's why Ben's artwork will not be released to just anyone 
    who happens to enjoy or can afford his artwork but only to those willing to share their identity, 
    e-mail address or place of contact.  This is necessary for the purpose of a quasi-personal bond
    between the owner of any of Ben's artwork and Ben himself.

       Ben likes to keep track of each piece of artwork he creates.  If for whatever reason the artwork
    changes owners, the new owner is encouraged to identify him/herself, follow suit by signing in on the 
   artist's website and documenting the change(s) with an e-mail stating the facts, etc.  Save for a few  
   special paintings, Ben's works have not been named or titled.  The recipient of a serial numbered
   artwork is entitled to name/title his personal piece of art and have the name of his artwork registered
   and appear on the artist's website.  If after a time a new owner takes possession of an art piece and 
   wishes to to change the name of the artwork he/she may do so by contacting Ben's website
   and completing the necessary forms.

       No piece of Ben's artwork is available to anyone without consent to the aforementioned conditions
    of personal or e-mail indentification.
